MAPLE CINNAMON HAM GLAZE

Use this glaze to cook your ham, or as a gravy to serve over freshly cooked slices!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup SAP syrup

  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Stir brown sugar and cinnamon      together in a bowl until well      combined. Pour in maple syrup      and stir until smooth.

2. Place uncooked ham in cake pan.
   Pour the glaze over the ham and
   cover the dish with aluminum
   foil. 

3. Cook ham according to directions
  on package.
